Intro Blog

My name is Ashley, I love to read romance novels and watch romance movies. Facebook is my addiction. The only hobby of mine is that I enjoy bowling, but I haven't gone bowling in over a year. I am majoring in Elementary Education, Middle Level with a focus in Math and English. I took this class my first semester here, last year, and failed out after I quit going to class. The teacher's way of teaching was completely unlike anything I have ever seen and she never attempted to help me, even after I asked multiple times. This specific class seemed much easier and I read good reviews about the teacher on ShipUnderground.com. I am currently finishing up the book The Notebook and was planning on starting Charlie St. Cloud, but that will have to be postponed until the end of the semester. I think that cultural diversity brings our world closer together by making everyone equal. It is a bit inconvenient sometimes, because it seems that other cultures get special attention in America for being non-American. Cultural Diversity is many different cultures mixing together and all being treated equal. I am expecting to learn about many different cultures around the world; and about different styles of books out there that I could read in my free time.
